Grapes: 80% Macabeu 10% Parellada 10% Xarel·lo

Vineyard: 5 to 75 years old vines; 350 to 400 meters altitude; chalk limestone and clay soils. Integrated sustainable agriculture.

Climate: Slightly Continental climate. With a clear influence from the

Mediterranean winds. Cold winter, low but constant rainfall in spring, hot summers and mild autumns with cool nights.

Analysis: 3,8 Total Acidity (g/l); 1,5 Residual Sugar (g/l); 11,7 %Alcohol.


Process


Destalked and pressed, The different varieties are fermented with controlled temperatures in separate stainless steel tanks. After ermentation the final blend of the different wines is made and the wine is bottled for its second fermentation in the bottle (methode champanoise).

Tasting note


The wine is fresh and tasty with fine carbonic integration and good acidity.

Colour: Clear, bright pale yellow with golden reflects. It shows a continuous carbonic with small bubbles.

In glass: Clean and intense aromatic expression of green apples and citrus combined with bread, fennel and hazelnuts.

In mouth: It exhibits a sound and palpable freshness a silky and fruity bouquet, showing plenty of fruits, quince and nuts. It has a long lasting but subtle aftertaste.
